Ancient wheat flour ORGANIC KHORASAN

This flour is made from organic Khorasan wheat and is ideal for producing whole-wheat bread that requires moderate fermentation strength. Rich in amino acids, vitamin E, and selenium, this ancient grain is also a natural antioxidant and has recently become a popular alternative to soft wheat for those with food intolerances. It is also excellent when blended with other flours to enhance and intensify flavours.
