Ancient wheat flour ORGANIC KHORASAN

This flour is obtained from the milling of organic Khorasan, ensured by the brand Santa Candida and it is excellent for the production of whole-wheat bread products, which do not need too much fermentative strength. This ancient wheat, rich in amino acids, vitamins E and selenium, is also an optimal antioxidant and lately it became a substitute to soft wheat for those who have food intolerance. It is excellent as a partial refreshment of other flours, in order to intensify flavours and taste.
