Bread-making
Made from the whole milling of Italian soft wheat, this flour contains a large amount of bran and wheat germ. It is rich in fibers and suitable for the preparation of products that do not require strong fermentation power. However, it is also excellent for rustic loaves, especially when supported by a good leavening starter. It can also be used as a partial refreshment for other flours to enhance aromas and flavours.
