More than 150 people attended the event, offering them the opportunity to discover the production process up close, learn about the family\u2019s history and experience a company deeply rooted in the Romagna region, with an increasingly international outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus of the tour was the <strong>milling plant inaugurated in 2019<\/strong>, where innovation and technology come together with a centuries-old tradition. The immersive tour allowed guests to follow the different stages of the milling process and discover the value of a supply chain that starts with the land and the grain grown on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relationship with Italian and Romagna-grown wheat is one of Molino Naldoni\u2019s distinctive features. Of the <strong>450 tons of wheat milled every day, 80% is of Italian origin, with approximately 25% of this share coming from Romagna<\/strong>. This commitment is also reflected in the <strong>Romagna Wheat Supply Chain<\/strong> project and in the <strong>Le Farine del Passatore\u00ae<\/strong> brand, a twenty-year initiative through which the company promotes local production and creates a fully traceable link between the field and the finished product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests were welcomed by the entire Naldoni family, including <strong>Walter and Alberto Naldoni<\/strong>, respectively President and CEO, together with the new generation, <strong>Federico and Francesco<\/strong>, responsible for procurement and production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u201c<em>We wanted to open the doors of the mill because we believe that the best way to tell our story is to allow people to see what we do for themselves,\u201d said <strong>Alberto Naldoni<\/strong>. \u201cBehind every flour there is wheat, there is a territory, there is daily work and, above all, there are people. Massimo Isola, Mayor of Faenza, described Molino Naldoni as \u201can authentic place built on passion and values\u201d, where \u201cthe poetry of the past\u201d meets a strong drive towards \u201cinternationalization and innovation\u201d. Niccol\u00f2 Bosi, member of the Legislative Assembly of the Emilia-Romagna Region, also emphasized the company\u2019s approach to doing business \u201cwith heart\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit continued at the <strong>Mulino Scodellino in Castel Bolognese<\/strong>, an ancient watermill dating back to the 14th century and a testimony to the rural economy of the area.
