The estimated amounts are subject to several variables therefore entirely approximate, calculated on a base of 80 pizzas per day, in 300 working days. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1876\" style=\"width:399px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-250x250.png 250w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-36x36.png 36w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1-64x64.png 64w, https:\/\/www.molinonaldoni.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/food-cost-pizza-margherita-dettaglio-voci-EN-1.png 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analysing the different items that compose our price to the public:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Cost of pizza Margherita 100% Italian wheat \u2026 1,70\u20ac&nbsp;<br>Composed by the dough of about 240 grams for a pizza which has a medium diameter of 33 cm, supposing a medium cost of ingredients for a total of 1,50\u20ac for every pizza margherita. (Approximation of costs using flour ITALICA 1,10\u20ac\/kg, yeast 5,40\u20ac\/kg, tomato 1,50\/kg, oil and mozzarella cheese 9,00\u20ac\/lt or \u20ac\/kg, to which it\u2019s added the cost of water, salt and basil)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Cost of pizza chef and assistant \u2026 1,90\u20ac<br>orientation at 4* level CCNL (an Italian collective contract for a kind of workers), with an assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Cost of rent \u2026 0,60\u20ac.<br>With a rent of 1200\u20ac per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Cost of utilities and garbage tax \u20261,16\u20ac&nbsp;<br>Calculated on monthly bills with total sums of about 2500\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Cost of accounting and advertising \u2026 from 0,40\u20ac to 0,60\u20ac per pizza, for a basic accounting and advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our&nbsp;<strong>take-away pizza Margherita made with Italian wheat&nbsp;<\/strong>can cost around&nbsp;<strong>6,00\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This cost can be increased if the pizzeria offers a bigger service and needs more workers other than the pizza chef and assistant (e.g. waiters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, to the above-mentioned cost of 6\u20ac it needs to be added the annual cost that the pizzeria needs to pay for the other workers, divided by the total number of pizzas sold in a year. In the hypothesis that the pizza place has a waiter who costs 36.000\u20ac (salary+IRPEF+INPS+TRF part) and the business sells 2000 pizzas per month, so 24.000 per year, we should add: 36.000\u20ac\/24.000 pizzas = 1,5\u20ac per pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pizza&nbsp;<strong>Margherita from Italian wheat<\/strong>&nbsp;will cost a total of 6\u20ac&nbsp;+&nbsp;1,5\u20ac&nbsp;=&nbsp;<strong>7,5\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is discussed in the Food Service market in particular,&nbsp;Food Cost&nbsp;presents financial and business opportunities, with also a social and environmental.
