Molino Naldoni has studied several flour blends especially for bread-making, flour made of expertly selected wheat, mostly Italian, and not all of which is genetically modified. The offer for bread-making includes five types of all-purpose ‘0’ flour , four blends of all-purpose ’00’ type, Whole Wheat Flour and Reground Semolina.
The extensive choice of products allows us to meet a wide range of bread-making demands that range from yeast rising times to dough-making methods and processing.
